Your privacy, and the security of our members’ personal health information, is paramount to us. As we’re unable to guarantee the security of older browsers and operating systems, we’ve developed our websites to be accessed on maintained systems used by the majority of customers.
Check out the minimum standards for each system below:

Most popular browsers (Microsoft, Google Chrome, Safari and Firefox) will let you update to the latest version for free, however you may need to purchase a new operating system if you’re unable to update this for free.
Download an update to your preferred browser from the links below:
- Google Chrome - https://www.google.com/chrome/
- Microsoft Internet Explorer - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/download-ie
- Apple Safari - http://www.apple.com/safari/
- Mozilla Firefox - https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
We recommend you seek assistance from your IT support person, as your company’s security policies may not allow you to perform these updates yourself.
