How do I know if my Affiliated Provider has applied for prior approval?

Once your approval has been processed we'll send you confirmation of your prior approval number. If you receive communications online we'll send you an email once this is available to view and you'll also get a notification in the app. Otherwise we'll send you this by post.

If you're registered for My Southern Cross, you can also choose to receive a text with your prior approval number. Simply log in and go to 'Communciation preferences' under your 'Profile'. 

Please note confirmation is not sent for specialist consultations and imaging.
