Where can I find my communications online?
Log in to My Southern Cross and click on Communications at the top-right of your screen, by your name. If you're using the My Southern Cross app, you'll find your Communications by clicking on the menu at the top-left of your screen. Please note communications for Critical Illness and Cancer Assist aren't yet available in My Southern Cross.
