What do I need to know before claiming or requesting Prior Approval in the app?

When claiming in the app, you'll need a clear photo of itemised receipts or invoices, making sure that none of the information is covered by other documents. We can't accept EFTPOS or credit card receipts.

When requesting prior approval, we need to know the name of the healthcare service and who it’s for (if you have other members on your policy), the name of your provider, the hospital or facility where it will take place and a breakdown of the estimated costs (you’ll need to get this from your provider).

If you have written cost estimates or any other supporting documents from your specialist, you can provide a clear photo of these too.
