What are general exclusions?
General exclusions are conditions, treatments or situations that are excluded from cover under the policy. All Southern Cross policies have general exclusions. These include things such as treatment of HIV, termination of pregnancy and cosmetic treatment. You can see the full list of general exclusions in your policy document or in My Southern Cross.
