How long is the contract for?
Your health insurance policy does not have a minimum term so you’re able to cancel at any time. You also have 14 days after you receive your welcome pack to make sure you’ve chosen the best plan to suit your needs.
It’s important to understand that if you cancel and re-join in the future, you will start as a new member and any cover you had for pre-existing conditions as well as any loyalty benefits will be lost. This includes cover for conditions you may have developed under your previous plan.
