Does Southern Cross keep the information I enter in the application if I decide not to go ahead?
We don't keep any information if you close the application by clicking on "cancel my application". If you just close your browser without clicking on the cancellation link, we'll temporarily keep your contact details to follow up with you in case we can help. If the application is not completed, your information will be deleted after 14 days.
