Do you need the exact date of when a condition first started?
It’s important that the information you give us is as complete as possible, to the best of your knowledge. The reason we need this information is to establish your eligibility for cover of treatment under your policy. Conditions, signs and symptoms that began before the policy was taken out are generally excluded from cover unless you've been granted a special concession that covers pre-existing conditions.
