What do I need to do if I dont agree with a claim outcome?

We assess claims in line with the benefits set out in the applicable policy document. The benefits of a policy are set out under the 'Coverage Tables and exclusions' section. If you still don't agree with the claim outcome, please contact us as our contact centre can resolve most issues in the first instance.
