If you have not received prior approval before your healthcare service, you will need to pay these invoices and then submit a claim.
If you have prior approval, you can submit a claim with the invoice so we can pay the provider directly (please ensure you tick the relevant boxes for this). You’ll still be responsible for paying your provider any outstanding costs if our contribution doesn’t cover the full cost of the healthcare service.
The quickest way to claim is online through the app or My Southern Cross. Only policy holders can claim on My Southern Cross or the app, members can't do this at the moment.
