We’ll only cover certain healthcare services if the additional terms and conditions set out in the eligibility criteria have been met.
The terms of each benefit in your policy document state if eligibility criteria apply.
If you're seeing an Affiliated Provider, they can organise prior approval and claim directly from us for any contracted healthcare service. We’ll treat this as a claim under your policy.
