What payment methods do you offer?
If you’re joining through your employer’s work scheme they may have a preferred payment method, which we’ll help you set up. Or you can choose to pay through direct debit or recurring credit card payments. These can be set up quickly and securely by going to the ‘What I pay’ page in My Southern Cross.
Alternatively, call 0800 800 181 and we’ll help set up your payment method over the phone. As direct debit is our preferred billing method, if you are an individually billed member (not in an employer scheme) you will receive a 2.5% premium discount for choosing this payment option.
