Why do I have pre-existing conditions listed on my membership certificate?
To give you certainty about what is and isn’t covered under your policy, we list your pre-existing conditions on your membership certificate. You can view the status of any pre-existing conditions for you and any members on your policy in My Southern Cross as well as on your membership certificate.
