Are Southern Cross members charged for a consultation?
Your Southern Cross membership includes access to unlimited GP consultations with CareHQ between 7am-7pm when booked through the MySouthernCross app. Subject to change, terms and conditions apply. Find out more here.
You will have to pay in full using a credit card or coupon code for any consultation you book that is not a GP consultation between the hours of 7am and 7pm. If you are unable to complete the booking using the app, please contact us.
Please note that if you book a CareHQ appointment directly through the CareHQ website or app, it will not be refunded, and you will only be able to claim for it if you have GP cover on your policy.
