I'm connected to the internet but the app is saying I'm offline?
Check that you're running the latest version of the app by visiting your devices' app store to see if there is an update available. Android users can find our app in the Google Play Store. Apple iPhone users can find our app in the Apple App Store. If you're still having problems you'll need to uninstall the app and download the latest version from your devices' app store. Please note, uninstalling will remove your PIN and require a login with your username/member card number and password.
