How do I sign into the mobile app?

Once you open the MySouthernCross app you’ll be asked to enter a few details. Make sure these details are the same as on your policy. We won’t ask you for any usernames or password, only;

  • your name
  • date of birth
  • email address
  • policy number or member card number. You can also get these details from your physical Member Card or by logging into MySouthernCross using a web browser.

After entering these details you’ll be sent a one-time password (OTP) - then you’re good to go. You can then set up a PIN number for easy sign-in and a fingerprint or face ID, as per your preference. NOTE: As you’ll need your email to receive the OTP, please make sure you have the same email address as on your policy and use this to sign-in to the mobile app. You can update your email address through MySouthernCross.

These changes are only applicable to the MySouthernCross mobile app.
