Can anyone use CareHQ?
Yes, anyone can use CareHQ.
Even visitors to New Zealand, including international students and tourists, can use CareHQ – it’s less than a $120 walk-in consultation*.
You can book a CareHQ consultation for a child if you’re the child’s parent or legal guardian but if the child is 13 or under we suggest the CareHQ profile holder attends the virtual consultation with them.
Any family members aged 16+ years must create their own CareHQ profile and book their own consultation.
