Thinking well

Now is a good time to cultivate inner strength and calm. We are living in uncharted times and for many of us, it’s challenging adapting to a very different way of life. This practice allows you to nurture connections to yourself and others, so you may build-up your inner strength to better navigate our changing environment. This practice is about breath, our body and mind, and also a bit about trees.

Many of us are washing our hands with extra vigour at the moment.

Could you consider hand washing as a practice of love, kindness or appreciation of your hands? This is a moving mediation to try at home. Practising mindfulness everyday can make a big difference to how we think and feel. Tune into the senses and their capacity to bring us into the here and now.
