Can I cancel or change my appointment?

Yes, you can cancel or change your appointment, but you will not be refunded for a paid consultation if you cancel within 3 hours of the consultation time. Find out more about CareHQs cancellation policy.

You’ll receive three notifications of your appointment:

  1. Your booking confirmation email
  2. Confirmation four hours before your appointment including a link for your consultation
  3. A final reminder confirmation (email and SMS / text) 15 minutes before your appointment including a link for your consultation

You can cancel your consult using the cancellation link contained in either the confirmation email or 4-hour reminder email. If you want to change your appointment, please check availability before you cancel the original booking.
