Your BeingWell score is a number between 1 (low) and 100 (high). It's calculated based on the information that you provide to the BeingWell app about who you are, how you feel and how you live. The app uses your score to measure (and encourage you to improve) your wellbeing.
Because it helps to measure your general wellbeing, which can be quite complex. Wellbeing relates to many areas of your life including exercise, nutrition, emotions, lifestyle, stress and sleep. Changes made to one of these areas may influence others and in turn, your overall wellbeing. Your score will change over time, as more information is collected in the app, and this can be a helpful indicator of where you wellbeing is headed.
