Why does the 3 year continuous cover period apply to Duplex Vein Mapping? This is an ultrasound so isn't it covered under the Diagnostic imaging benefit?
Duplex vein mapping is grouped within the varicose veins treatment pathway, so the same requirement for 3 years of continuous cover applies.
