What are the recognised accommodation hosting providers?
We recognise established accommodation providers such as registered motels, hotels and commercial short-stay providers. Peer-to-peer hosting (for example, staying with a friend or family member) is not considered a recognised accommodation hosting provider. If you are unsure whether the accommodation you are planning to use is eligible, please contact us and we can check this for you before you book.
