I took part in an event prior to 1 April 2026 and I haven't claimed for it yet under the Being active benefit. Can I still claim?
Yes. If the eligible event took place before 1 April 2026, you can still submit your claim after 1 April 2026 and it will be assessed under the policy wording effective at the date of the event you are claiming for.
