FAQs and quick answers

Why can't I use My Southern Cross anymore?

If your policy has been cancelled, or is set to begin on a future date, you won't be able to access My Southern Cross.

If you're using an older browser or operating system, we’re unable to support older website browsers or operating systems, in particular those which aren’t supported by their provider. This is to keep My Southern Cross safe and secure for all members. Your privacy, and the security of your personal health information is paramount to us, and as we’re unable to guarantee the security of older browsers and operating systems, the latest version of My Southern Cross is only accessible on maintained systems that are used by the majority of our members.

To fully access all My Southern Cross services and get the best experience, you’ll need to update your website browser and / or operating system. Most popular browsers (Microsoft, Google Chrome, Safari and Firefox) will let you update to the latest version for free, however you may need to purchase a new operating system if you’re unable to update this for free.

If you’re having issues using a desktop device, you can also use My Southern Cross on a mobile phone, either through the website or the app. If your phone has a more up to date operating system, you may be able to access My Southern Cross this way.
