I’ve forgotten my password, how do I reset it?
You can find the 'Forgot password?' link on the My Southern Cross login page. If you're still having problems, this helpful support video will take you step by step through resetting your password.
Please note, it’s important to use 12 or more characters when setting a password and it should contain a mixture of letters (upper case and/or lower case) and numbers. This helps to protect the privacy and security of your personal information.
