Why was my flu vaccination at a pharmacy not paid via Easy-Claim?
There are many healthcare services and products provided at a pharmacy that may be covered by your Southern Cross health insurance policy, but currently only prescription drugs can be processed through Easy-Claim. Charges for all other healthcare services or products provided at a pharmacy, such as flu vaccinations, chemotherapy drugs or bowel clearing medication, will need to be paid for upfront at the pharmacy and then you can submit a claim through the MySouthernCross app online via My Southern Cross.
