Why was my claim for healthcare services provided by an Easy-Claim provider not paid?
Not all healthcare services can be claimed through Easy-Claim. If you are required to pay for a healthcare service and believe you have cover under your policy, you can submit a claim through the MySouthernCross app or online via My Southern Cross, or contact us.
