How do I know if my claim was paid?
If you claimed through the app or My Southern Cross you’ll be able to view a copy of your claim update in My Southern Cross or the app. We’ll send you an email when this is available to view.
If you have the app you can also receive notifications with updates on the status of your claim.
If you claimed by post and you receive your communications online, you’ll be able to view a copy of your claim update in My Southern Cross or the app. We’ll send you an email when this is available to view. Otherwise, we’ll send you your claims update in the post. Please note that posted claims can take at least 10 days to process
