How do I know if my claim was paid?
If you are the policyholder you can check the status of your claim in My Southern Cross. You'll also be able to see information on all claims for the past two years.
If you claimed through the app or My Southern Cross you’ll be able to view a copy of your claim update in My Southern Cross or the app. We’ll send you an email when this is available to view. If you have the app you can also receive notifications with updates on the status of your claim.
If you claimed by post and you receive your communications online, you’ll be able to view a copy of your claim update in My Southern Cross or the app. We’ll send you an email when this is available to view. Otherwise, we’ll send you your claims update in the post.
