How does a renewal work?
Your policy renews each year on your policy anniversary date (also known as a renewal date), and your premium normally changes at this time. It's normally the anniversary of the start of your policy, but if you're in an employer scheme this might be the anniversary date of the work scheme.
Before your policy renews, we'll send you a renewal pack which will give details of the premium for the year ahead. If you receive your communications online we'll let you know when your renewal pack is available to view in My Southern Cross.
