Note: Prior approval is needed when any hospitalisation is involved or treatment costs over $1000.

The quickest way to claim is through the app or My Southern Cross. Online claims are usually processed within 5 working days (paper claims can take over 10-15 days to process). To make a paper claim you can download a claim form. You need to be the policyholder to make a claim.


Please note: If you're using an Affiliated Provider they may be able to claim on your behalf.


 

You can check the status of a claim right now in My Southern Cross. You'll also be able to see information on all claims for the past two years.
