By accepting your nomination you agree that Southern Cross will share the information in your nomination with the Wayfinder Awards judges so they can select the finalists and winners. Judging may include collecting information from any referees mentioned in your nomination. We will publicise the names, job titles and employers of finalists on our own and third parties’ websites and in media releases. The person who nominated you agreed you had consented to them sharing your information with us and to us collecting information about you, but please get in touch with us if you have any concerns or questions. Your information will be held by Southern Cross Medical Care Society, Te Kupenga, Level 1, 155 Fanshawe Street, Auckland 1010 and you have the right to access and correct it.
