Society Annual General Meetings
The 2020 Annual General Meeting
The 2020 Southern Cross Medical Care Society Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 9 December in Auckland.
Information about the event, the items of business, and how members can vote will be advised to policyholders in November by email, via this website, and through public notice newspaper advertisements.
The AGM process – which follows from the publication of the Society’s Annual Report and Financial Statements around 15 September each year - provides an opportunity for the Board and management to update members on the Society’s strategies and operations.
In accordance with the Society’s Rules, members may lodge nominations for the role of Society Director by 1 September and raise items of business by 1 October each year.
As one of New Zealand’s largest member-based organisations, which operates for your benefit, Southern Cross welcomes your involvement in the AGM process.
