- Ethical violations (e.g. abuse of authority or power, misuse of resources).

How to report
Southern Cross uses a secure, independent third-party platform to receive concerns.
You can raise a concern in one of the following ways:
- Completing this online form; or
- By calling our dedicated line on 0800 461 074, which is supported by an AI voice system.
All concerns are treated confidentially. You also have the option to remain anonymous. If you choose to do so, the platform allows you to maintain your anonymity while still communicating with us, including providing further information or receiving updates.
Once submitted, concerns are provided directly to Southern Cross’ Head of Risk, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs for assessment and, where appropriate, investigation.
Our existing customers or members and treatment providers have an additional option to complete our internal online Suspicious Activity Form for fraud or dishonesty-type concerns.
For concerns related to scams, please visit our Scams page.
All reports received will be assessed and/or investigated, where warranted.
Southern Cross has a strict non-retaliation policy to protect individuals who report concerns in good faith.
