I've got my renewal notification, do I need to pay my new premium now?
If you pay by invoice you’ll receive an invoice for your new premium amount 21 days before your premium is due at which point you’ll be able to make a payment through My Southern Cross.
If you pay by direct debit, recurring credit card, or wage / salary deduction, you don’t need to pay anything as your premium payments will be updated automatically.
