The Plan finder is designed to provide those new to Southern Cross with an overview of which plan might be suitable for them. If you are already a member and are thinking of changing plans, call us on 0800 800 181 to discuss. This is because upgrading or downgrading your policy can affect your cover for pre-existing conditions, annual limits, excesses, waiting periods and premiums.

We recommend you discuss any proposed changes with us first, so you can consider the possible implications of changing your plan.

If you’re joining Southern Cross through your employer’s scheme, you may be eligible for additional benefits. For example, depending on your scheme, you may qualify for lower premiums or additional cover.

Call us on 0800 GET COVER (438 268), Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, to find out more.

Plan benefits shown are effective from 1 July 2014 and are subject to change. The benefits and limits available differ from plan to plan. Terms, conditions and exclusions also apply. The Plan finder is only an overview of our most popular plans. If you need personalised advice, or to discuss other plans that may be available, call us on 0800 100 555 (Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm).
