Phone exercise workout apps
If you have a smartphone, check out the exercise apps. Many of these are free, or cost just a couple of dollars. Some give you the extra motivation of a personal trainer, a stopwatch and video demonstrations.
Search the web for a workout that requires nothing but your bodyweight and things you have at home. Women can check out womenshealthmag.com, while men can visit menshealth.com. Workouts can be printed off or downloaded to your iPod.
Workout DVDPop in an exercise DVD and you can work out in your living room. You could try yoga or pilates as low impact toning workouts.
