There are a number of procedures we will only reimburse when performed by an Affiliated Provider, these are listed here.

For procedures becoming Affiliated Provider-only from 1 July we will continue to issue prior approval while negotiations are progressing until we are satisfied that we have sufficient Affiliated Providers in place. You can find more information here.
