ACC submission 2010

ACC is proposing to introduce compulsory experience rating for employers and self-employed people in the Work Account from 1 April 2011. As both a Third Party Administrator (TPA) for the ACC Partnership Programme (ACPP) and an employer in the ACCPP, we felt well placed to make a submission to ACC on its proposals.
