SureCare provides cover for a wide range of surgical treatments, as well as specialist consultations, imaging and tests. You contribute to the cost of claims by paying an excess.
What level of reimbursement does it offer?
SureCare gives you cover* for a wide range of surgical treatment. There is some cover* for specialist consultations and imaging.
A $50 excess or a $600 excess may apply, depending on the type of treatment received. See the policy document for details.
*Cover means the lowest of the actual cost, reasonable charges or policy limits as detailed in the policy document.

How do you get this plan?
SureCare is only available to some employer work schemes where the employer’s subsidy is linked to this plan.
