What sort of plans are these?

HospitalCare is a major medical plan that includes benefits for surgical and medical hospital treatment and related healthcare expenses within four months of surgery. Hospital & SpecialistCare is a variation of the HospitalCare plan that includes cover for specialist consultations, imaging and tests whether or not they are related to surgical treatment.

What level of reimbursement do they offer?

HospitalCare and Hospital & SpecialistCare are extensive cover plans, where your level of cover for eligible healthcare services will be the lower of the actual cost, reasonable charges or policy limits as detailed in the policy document. How affordable are these plans?

HospitalCare is less expensive than Hospital & SpecialistCare. 

How can you get these plans?

These plans are only available in some employer work schemes where the employer’s subsidy is linked to this plan.
