Annual General Meetings
Annual General Meetings of the Southern Cross Medical Care Society (trading as Southern Cross Health Society) are held each year to:
- Receive and adopt the Annual Report, Financial Statements and Auditors report thereon;
- Elect Directors and Trustees;
- Appoint an Auditor;
- Transact other business that is specified in the Notice of Meeting.
Any member wanting to raise items of business, or nominate a candidate to stand for election as a Director, must do so by giving notice in writing to the Secretary not later than the 7th day of October preceding the meeting or such later date as may be fixed by the Directors.
The 2011 Annual General Meeting
The 2011 AGM - our 50th - took place on 6 December 2011.
The 2010 Annual General Meeting
The 2010 AGM was held on 25 November 2010.
The 2009 Annual General Meeting
The 2009 AGM was held on 26 November 2009.
The 2008 Annual General Meeting
The 2008 AGM was held on 27 November 2008.
