Annual General Meetings
Annual General Meetings of the Southern Cross Medical Care Society (trading as Southern Cross Health Society) are held each year to:
- Receive the Annual Report and Financial Statements, and the Auditor's and Appointed Actuary's reports thereon;
- Elect Directors and Trustees; and
- Transact other business that is specified in the Notice of Meeting.
The 2012 Annual General Meeting
The 2012 AGM took place on 6th December 2012.
The 2011 Annual General Meeting
The 2011 AGM - our 50th - took place on 6 December 2011.
The 2010 Annual General Meeting
The 2010 AGM was held on 25 November 2010.
