Renewals

Your organisation’s annual group scheme renewal will occur on your group scheme anniversary date. The anniversary date is usually the date your organisation commenced your group scheme.

At this time, subject to discussion with your organisation, the policies of your members in your group scheme are renewed and premium amounts may change. We will notify the group scheme administrator of all changes prior to communicating directly with members. Members will be notified 30 days prior to the new premium amount taking effect.
